Boo's Bath Bus Requirements

 For the safety of clients,  pets, and myself, I use the weather-related closures, delays, and early dismissal recommendations issued by Huntsville City Schools and Madison County Schools as guidance when determining whether it is safe to operate.

• Appointments affected by severe weather, hazardous road conditions, or other conditions that may impact safe travel may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled. I will notify clients as soon as reasonably possible if an appointment is impacted by weather or other unsafe operating conditions.
• If I cancel or reschedule an appointment due to weather or unsafe operating conditions, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment or refunded upon request.
